Double-skin or point-fixed glass facades offer the most transparency and blend in nicely with contemporary architecture. Glass for the facade can be fastened to either hanging or standing glass structures or to a steel substructure. Since there is no need for any additional supporting structure to obstruct the view, glass walls provide complete facade transparency from all angles. There are two types of point fixed glazing systems, bolted and clamped.
Point-fixed glazing gives structures a more streamlined, contemporary look that improves their aesthetic appeal.
